Featuring freshly shucked Gulf oysters grilled to order over an open flame. Finished with rotating Creole butters—garlic-herb, parmesan, smoky barbecue, or Rockefeller-style—this station delivers bold, smoky flavors and an unmistakable New Orleans aroma. Served hot and bubbling, it’s a crowd-favorite focal point for balcony and courtyard events.

Seafood Boil Station (Crawfish, Potatoes, Corn) – +$30 per person

A classic Louisiana seafood boil presented buffet-style, featuring seasoned crawfish, baby potatoes, and bold Cajun spices. This interactive station brings the energy of a backyard boil to a polished event setting.

King Cake Display – +$65 per cake

A festive dessert station showcasing individually portioned king cakes Finished with traditional icing, and seasonal sauces, this display adds a sweet Mardi Gras finish and invites guests to indulge at their own pace.

Crab Dip or Spinach & Artichoke Dip Station – +$16 per person

A warm, shareable dip station featuring either a rich blue crab dip or a classic spinach and artichoke dip. Served bubbling hot with toasted crostini, crackers, and pita chips, this station offers a comforting, elegant bite ideal for cocktail-style receptions.

NOLA Gumbo or Shrimp Étouffée Turrines – +$18 per person

Turrines of either deep, slow-simmered New Orleans gumbo or velvety shrimp étouffée. Perfect for mingling guests, these handheld servings deliver authentic Creole flavor without slowing down the celebration.

Fried Gulf Shrimp Platter – +$16 per person

Crispy, golden-fried Gulf shrimp seasoned with house Cajun spices and served with classic cocktail and rémoulade sauces. Presented on shareable platters, this option adds a familiar, irresistible favorite to any event spread.

Cajun Slider Trio (Beef, Shrimp, and Chicken) – +$18 per person

Premium bottle service featuring top-tier champagne and spirits. Pricing varies by selection and availability, offering a luxury upgrade for high-end events.

Mocktail Bar – +$8 per person

A thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic beverage station featuring fresh juices, house syrups, herbs, and sparkling mixers. Ideal for inclusive events, designated drivers, and all-ages celebrations.

Coffee & Beignet Station – +$12 per person
